St Alfege Wedding Photographer Devonport House Greenwich. I met Hannah and Andrew back in 2018 while I was attending a wedding fayre. I clearly remember speaking to them as they were really easygoing and really excited about their wedding. When we first spoke they had not found a venue however shortly afterwards they booked St Alfege Church and De Vere Devonport House – both in Greenwich. Both are Beautiful venues. I am actually one of the preferred wedding suppliers for Devonport House so it is always a pleasure photographing a wedding there.
St Alfege is an Anglican church with the most amazing architecture right in the heart of Greenwich. Hannah and Andrew are both singers and I was gobsmacked when I heard the choir that sang for them… it was an absolute joy to listen to!! After a beautiful ceremony, we walked to Devonport House for the reception. The team at Devonport House are always great and are ready and waiting for the arrival of the wedding party.
Just before the reception started, I took Hannah and Andrew into the garden area to take some pictures of just the two of them. Once the wedding breakfast and speeches were finished I noticed that there was some beautiful soft light in the garden so I seized another opportunity to take a few more pictures of them.
