Chislehurst Wedding Photographer London. Have you ever heard of the saying “right place, right time”? Well, that was definitely what happened when I met Ros. I had finished a family portrait for a client and I had returned to their house to deliver their picture and products that they had ordered earlier. As a coincidence, there were a few of my clients’ friends visiting them at the same time. After a brief chat, I ended up talking to Ros about the possibility of photographing her wedding. She mentioned that she had been looking for a long time for a photographer. So I gave her my card with my website and contact details.

Penguins!

I was absolutely delighted when I received an email from Ros asking me to meet with her and her partner, Alina. After our meeting, I was happy to find out that they wanted to book me for their wedding!!! I was really looking forward to photographing their wedding as I had heard that they had a fascination with Penguins and was intrigued as to how they were going to incorporate this into their day!!! At every opportunity, somewhere and somehow you were never too far from a picture of a penguin or the shape of a penguin. The sentiment behind the penguins is that they mate for life.

On with the ceremony!

The ceremony was at Bromley Registry Office and we were all treated to a ride in the old Routemaster bus – where I realised just how difficult it must have been for a conductor to give tickets while the bus was moving!!! I tried to take pictures while the bus was moving… I must have hit my camera on the seats about 10 times!! (No damage luckily!! After a short ceremony, Ros & Alina wanted a big group photo in the gardens outside which I was very happy to organise. Once we had taken a few formal photos we headed back to the Routemaster where we were taken to the reception venue The Bulls Head Hotel in Chislehurst.
